To monitor and evaluate drug therapy appropriateness based on patient's health status following institutional protocols and procedures. Pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, clinical analytical skills, microbiology and laboratory monitoring required. Knowledge of Microsoft office required as well as skills in multi-disciplinary team involvement with direct patient care. This individual will rotate through all three areas. PharmD degree or equivalent clinical experience from an accredited college of pharmacy required . Residency required; Fellowship in Infectious Diseases Preferred. (2009)
