The employee will be part of the Danfoss Industrial Refrigeration (IRF), and will report to Head of Business Development.
Job Responsibilities
- Secure Sales focus and drive on assigned by Danfoss Industrial Refrigeration Business unit within Danfoss Climate Solutions sales
- Participate in Industrial Refrigeration Business unit strategy definition and secure regional alignment and implementation
- Represent voice of the regional sales in Industrial Refrigeration Business Unit Management meetings (Management reviews, Sales reviews, Rolling Forecast validation, Demand Planning validation, etc.)
- Support critical customer meeting as Sales representative of Industrial Refrigeration Business
- Management of the relationship with trading partners in the region
- Be the Business Development between market, sales and products management
- Localize the direction and strategy from Industrial Refrigeration Business Unit Management
- Market intelligence on growth opportunities, competition, legislation, future applications
Background & Skills
- Minimum requirements to educational background
- Bachelor’s degree required. MBA preferred.
- Minimum requirements to working experience
- Minimum five (5) years in a sales / Business Development role; preferably experience in Industrial Refrigeration segment or Commercial refrigeration segment
