Operational

· Student enrolment and induction, contribution at Open Day events.

· All aspects of student data management and records with accuracy of data.

· Student attendance monitoring.

· Responsible for student complaints, appeals and disciplinary processes.

· Representation of ABA at internal and external assessment boards.

· Liaison with external bodies and dissemination of student results where applicable to validators and Professional and Statutory Regulatory Bodies.

· Work with compliance in the provision of accurate data for external compliance e.g., OfS, HESA, Validators.

· Contribution to reporting processes including, but not limited to, annual reports for ABA.

· Contribution to and participation in any staff development and training activities.

· Participation in relevant committees.

· Undertake reviews of administrative processes and procedures where appropriate and advise on options for improvement.

· Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in respect of equality and diversity, data protection, copyright, and licensing and to abide by institutional policies, procedures, and codes as appropriate.

· Support the management with the end-to-end overview of the student life cycle, from enrolment to graduation. Act as point of contact with academic staff in pursuit of accurate data management.

· Update information on Mitigating Circumstances, Unfair Practice, and other related admin processes. Attend relevant meetings and Committees where necessary as a representative of Registry.

· Building and developing positive working relationships with students their supervisors/student support officers.

· Maintaining accurate statistics and monthly reports.

· Support with compliance in the provision of accurate data for external compliances OfS, HESA, Validators.

· Act as point of contact for specialist advice for staff and student queries • on any student data.

· Monitoring and coordinating the submission by students and academic staff.

· Managing and conducting the first stage student file audits.

· Liaising with programme Leaders and Academic staff to support students with academic related concerns.

· Any other duties appropriate to the role.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
