Sales Support Specialist (Order Management) [Taiwan]


 

Job Description

Responsibilities and deliverables:

Provides support to the field service team, such as open calls, order parts, local purchase orders and process field service data to QAD (MSD ERP).

Prepares accurate quotation sheet and proactively follows quotation status, negotiates with buyer, communicates order confirmations to customer and deliver service/parts to customers. Identify revenue risks and escalate timely.

Terms & Conditions review competency for Tenders and Purchase Orders.

Responsible for timely, accurately data entry and completed document e-filing. Coordinate with Service and Finance as well as other cross function teams to ensure on time order acceptance as well as revenue execution.

Ad-hoc tasks/duties assigned by Supervisor.

Acts as customer liaison with Accounts Receivable to determine billing issues and find resolution.

The Requirements

Critical soft skills include strong trouble solving, self-motivation, ability to multi-task and remain composed under pressure, attention to detail, written and oral communication skills, and strong team and customer orientation.

Attentive to quotation and order details and accurate in processing of data via the various ERP systems and customer portals.

Understands global and local policies and takes initiatives for process improvements where applicable.

Proficient in English.

Knowledge of International Trading (Export, local requirements, tender procedures)

Service Contract review experience

Moderate IT Skills (Microsoft packages, ERP system experience)

Ability to maintain professionalism and courtesy under pressure.

Graduated from Full-time University with a bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience in high volume field service.
