Maintains stations with adequate supplies. Removes out of date medications from shelves. Assists with inventory replenishment. Keep certain levels of auxiliary items pre packed.

Responsibilities
Manually pick drugs as orders electronically arrive Remove out of date medications from shelves Maintains work area clean and with adequate supplies Flexibility and adaptability to work in other back end related functions, ie bulk, packing May perform other business duties as assigned per business needs May assist in the shipping stations.
Qualifications
Good verbal and written communication skills Able to perform basic mathematical equations in different forms of measurements, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Good computer and organizational skills as well as the ability to remain focused on workload and achieve both production and quality objectives Familiarity with medication including visual identification.
Education and Experience High School diploma or equivalent is required. Minimum of 1-2 years experience in the Pharmacy field, pharmacy production environment, or high volume retail pharmacy. Technician must be registered or licensed as per Board of Pharmacy requirements in the State where job functions are performed. Registration or licensure must be in good standing. Pharmacy Technician certification preferred but not required. Previous experience in a related field, particularly one featuring high volume production activity with a strong focus on quality.
