Your role:
Operations Manager draws up long-term plans for the development of the company, taking decisions of strategic importance for the entire company in order to implement them. You will works with all organisational divisions, many times leading one or more departments, coordinating and supervising the work of subordinate specialist staff. Operations Manager establishes and maintains contacts with strategic clients and external units that have an impact on the long-term development of the company.

Who are we looking for?
- A period of 12 months in a management position in operational management in a supply chain or production area,
- High English skills, both written and spoken,
- Leadership skills, experience in managing several reporting layers below,
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationship,
- Capability of defining and deploying strategic plan for the site.
