Administrative Support Accounts Receivable (DPČ)
Siemens Global Business Services (GBS) CZ is looking for someone to provide administrative support to one of our Accounts Receivable teams.
The support is expected to be temporary for about 6 months during a transition period within the team.
During this time you will support the team with minor tasks that they will not be able to handle themselves. These tasks will take up about 2 hours daily on average.
What we require:
- completed vocational or higher education
- good knowledge English, both spoken and written, Swedish is an advantage
- knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- customer service orientation
- good communication skills
- proactivity, responsibility and punctuality
