We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team as a commission basis. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our business by identifying new opportunities and building relationships with potential partners.
Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, address any concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively closing deals and generating revenue.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our holiday homes.
- Discuss pricing and contractual terms with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to clients, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Analyze sales data and generate reports to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed business decisions.
- Provide regular feedback to the management team on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role, preferably in the holiday homes rental industry and/or real estate.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Job Type: Commission
Salary: AED2,000.00 per week
