We are looking for an HRBP who is passionate about people, highly collaborative, and with strong business acumen to join our phenomenon team in TLV.
Our work model is hybrid, combining remote and on-site work. This allows us to get things done when and where we are most productive.
Requirements:

- Up to 3 years of experience in HR/BP roles in Tech companies, working in a fast-paced/startup environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
- High attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
- A ‘Can do attitude’ and result-oriented.
- B.A in Behavioral Studies, or similar.

What am I going to do?:
- Be the face of HR, facilitating frameworks and strategy.
- Build strong relationships and act as HR point of contact to support employees throughout the employment lifecycle.
- Implement HR policies and strategies that optimize growth.
- Drive performance optimization and assist with people management.
- Work closely with managers and employees to promote work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
