Description
Role purpose
- End-to-end configuration and provisioning of SD-WAN service.
- Provide 2nd level support for SD-WAN cases to solve complex problems.
- Ensuring network infrastructure is working at optimal levels.
- Opening cases and following up with vendors and internal teams.
- Apply regular security vulnerabilities & hardening patching for service components
- Testing and validating new software releases and edges over a dedicated testing environment.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience.
- At least 6 years of Network operation technical experience.
- At least 3 years’ experience in SD-WAN using Cisco or VMware solutions.
- Can act as technical escalation point for major/complex issues or projects as well as provide technical advices to team members.
- Strong Linux knowledge (RHCSA /LFCS or equivalent )
- CCNP certification.
- Knowledge in new networking technologies like SDN, uCPE, NFV,SASE,..
- Good knowledge in Virtualization and cloud technologies.
- Good knowledge of network design concepts, topology and restructuring techniques.

- Able to identify and explain challenges to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
