Description: QoL meds is hiring Full Time Pharmacy Manager/Pharmacist in Charge right now, this job will be placed in Louisiana. QoL meds, a patient-focused practice that wants you to use your skills to have a true impact on patient care, is seeking a pharmacist to use all of their skills managing our outpatient pharmacy and interacting with physicians and patients inside a community mental health center in the New Orleans, LA area.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited pharmacy program Must be registered and have LA state licensure Management experience preferred. Retail experience desired Excellent communication skills Mental health experience a plus
Medication fulfillment Overs! ee pharmacy staff Oversee inventory ordering, inventory control Communicate with various doctors and doctors’ offices Assist patients with drug questions and medical counseling.
Management Functions Interview/hire staff Provide various reports to state and administration Oversee operations of the pharmacy to ensure compliance with local licensing.
