POSITION INFORMATION

POSITION TITLE: PHARMACY MANAGER_______________

LOCATION: Shreveport, Texas

DEPARTMENT: PHARMACY MERCHANDISING

AVAILABILITY: Immediately REPORTS TO: STORE MANAGER/UNIT DIRECTOR and PHARMACY COORDINATOR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILIES:

Working with Asst. Pharmacy Manager, support personnel, and Store Manager! /Unit Director to achieve desired operational results.
Eff! iciently managing the pharmacy, thus achieving weekly, period and annual sales and profit budgets.
Insuring compliance with all local, state, and federal laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
Management of inventory, shrink and CAO maintenance where applicable.
Follow through on division sales plans, making sure ample merchandise is ordered to support sales and advertising plans.
Provides leadership for Pharmacy Team, in addition to following Signature Service Practices
POSTING QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of six months experience in a Kroger Pharmacy or as a Coordinator's Staff Pharmacist.
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Excellent Planning and Organizational skills
High attention to detail and accuracy is a must
Self-motivated with Strong Initiative to achieve high standards/results
Satisfactory or better performance evaluation
Recommendation of current Supervisor/District Manager/Pharmacy Coo! rdinator.
