Description General Job Summary The Coumadin Pharmacist Supervisor competently performs the duties of a clinical staff pharmacist and fun! ctions as a first line supervisor and primary resource person. The supervisor monitors and coordinates daily clinical operations of the clinic and monitors and reports all necessary quality improvement activities within the department on an as needed basis.
Required Qualifications Education / Certifications / Licensure / Specialized Training Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy
State of Louisiana Pharmacy License
Post-doctoral residency or fellowship or equivalent experience
Experience / Skills Positive interpersonal skills necessary in order to deal effectively with all members of the health care team.
Basic computer skills
Experience working calmly in high stress situations Preferred Qualifications
Education / Certifications / Licensure / Specialized Training Supervisory experience Experience / Skills / Competencies
Essential Position Duties 1. Performs clinical staff pharmacist duties
