EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Hospital experience preferred.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: BS Pharmacy.
SPECIAL SKILL, LICENSE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS: Current Louisiana license.
