Possession of a current Louisiana license to practice pharmacy plus either of the following:
1. Four years of experience as a ! licensed pharmacist.
2. A master's or doctorate degree in pharmacy plus two years of experience as a licensed pharmacist.

Assist in formulating and implementing accountability procedures including those for controll! ed substances and narcotics.
Participate in evaluating propose! d formulary additions and deletions.
Provide drug information services to other members of the health care team.
Provide drug education to clients and/or their families.
Dispense drugs to clients, clinics, and wards according to proper pharmacy procedures.
